I left my family dairy farm, in Wisconsin, in the early 70's. I really just wanted to have as much fun as possible as a skier and entertainer. Believe me, I have had LOTS of fun over the years. I eventually set down roots in Durango, Colorado, with my wife (at the time) and started writing and recording songs. Many are loosely autobiographical, some are satirical, and some are reverent of the traditions of the Old West. I am a survivor of the Bar Wars. I've loved and lost, and I'm not afraid to write about the injustice in the world; about heartache and about human mortality. None of my songs are written for mass markets. I write what I know, and screw the music machine. You can see me perform at the Diamond Belle, the Derailed Saloon, The Office Spiratorium, all downtown Durango, or at private guest ranches. Like I've said before, life is flying by, so hope to see you soon.
